Ethanol Workshop & Trade Show (FEW) features the industry’s largest and most
comprehensive trade show. Companies have the opportunity to display their

from around the world. The FEW is an excellent opportunity to share information
on your company’s equipment, services, and technology with current and potential
clients.

2004 FEW Trade Show reservation forms
are now available.
The fee for each 2003 FEW booth space is
$845.00. The deadline for reserving a booth(s) is April 4, 2003.
Space is limited to 160 booths and will be filled on a first-come,
first-served basis.
Exhibit Booth Fee Includes:
- One 10’ wide x 10’ deep booth space (partitioned with pipe and drape with a
skirted table, two chairs, one wastepaper basket)
- Hyperlink listing of your company on the official FEW website
- Full-page insert or advertisement about your company in the official FEW
Workshop Notebook (distributed to all workshop registrants)
- One Company business card per exhibitor in The Networker, the official
newsletter of the FEW
- Acknowledgment as an Exhibitor in The Ethanol Producer Magazine, the only
ethanol industry magazine (distributed to all ethanol producers)
- Special “EXHIBITOR” name badge ribbons for each company representative
- Two company representatives to staff the booth at no charge the fee for any
additional staffers is $175
- FEW registration discount: $100 off the regular Supplier registration Fee of
$595.00
The Exhibitor Fee does not include conference registration. Exhibit
staffers are not allowed to attend the Workshop sessions or meals (except those
served in the Trade Show) unless they are registered for the Workshop.
Upon reserving exhibit space, an exhibitor packet will be mailed to you that
will include additional details on the Trade Show, exhibit space, hours and
activities, promotional inserts, and Service Contractor. Furniture, drapery,
cleaning, telephones, signs, electrical hookup, shipping/handling, and other
services may be ordered using the forms provided.
Exhibit Cancellation
Policy: A $100.00 service charge will be applied to each Trade Show exhibit
booth cancelled. Exhibitors must submit a written cancellation notice to BBI
International by no later than April 4, 2003. Cancellation notices received
after this date will not be granted a refund.
In 2002, trade show attendees had the opportunity to vote for
the best booth by dropping their business card into bowls at each company's
booth. The winner of the 2002 Best Booth Award was Novozymes.
