The Ethanol 2007 Australia trade show will be a unique and effective industry event
with companies from around the world exhibiting the latest technologies, products,
services and equipment for building ethanol facilities.

Approximately 40 exhibitors, including design/building contractors; technology companies; engineering firm representatives; equipment and service providers; consultants; financiers; energy and agriculture associations; petroleum industry representatives; and other industry vendors, are expected to attend.

Each Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsor and the Major Event Sponsor receive a free Trade Show Booth!

Trade show booth fee: $2,700 (Booth fee is in Australian dollars, and will be plus the 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST))

Register Early!
Trade show booth selection is available to sponsors first, and then on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsoring organisations will be given first options for preferred trade show booth locations. Please reserve your booth early to avoid disappointment.

• One 2.5 metres wide by 2 metres deep booth space
  
• Company listing with full contact information and products and/or services description in the program guide distributed to all attendees
• Acknowledgement as an exhibitor in the conference preview issue of Ethanol Producer Magazine, the leading ethanol industry trade publication
• Two of your company representatives to staff the booth at no charge (Note: the booth rental fee does not include a conference registration)
• Special "EXHIBITOR" name badges for each company representative

INCOMING SHIPMENTS
Shipments welcome up to two weeks prior to the conference. Once exhibitor items arrive at the hotel they will be stored in a secure area during the lead up to the conference. They will then be distributed, by hotel staff, to the appropriate area on the conference floor.

OUTGOING SHIPMENTS
At the conclusion of the conference all exhibitors must clearly re-label any outgoing goods and arrange their own courier collection. It is not the responsibility of the Crown Promenade Hotel to arrange courier boxes or couriers for the collection of outgoing goods. All outgoing goods will be stored securely in our loading bay for collection. Goods will be stored for one(1) month after the event. If goods are not collected by this time a call will be made to the exhibitor contact. If the goods have not been collected after an additional two(2) week period they will be disposed of.
